Semberina SP Z.O.O. is a European oil company founded in Warszawa, Poland. The company’s investors and stakeholders in Semberina SP Z.O.O. successfully acquired 97% shares of an operational oil refinery located in the Kashagan oil field and a gas processing plant located in the Karachaganak gas field in the northern part of the Caspian Sea, Kazakhstan.
Semberina SP rebranded from Semberina SP Z.O.O. to Semberina SP Refinery, transferring its operations from Warszawa, Poland, to its current headquarters in Kazakstan. We conduct business worldwide with our operations at the Port of Rotterdam, the Port of Houston, and the Port of Tepsa. We are engaged in every aspect of the crude oil and natural gas industry, including exploration and production, chemical manufacturing, and marketing. We’re also investing in renewables and advanced technologies.

Semberina Refinery has an exceptionally strong portfolio, with major operations in important oil and gas regions such as the United States, Rotterdam, Tepsa, Spain, and the Asia market. Semberina Refinery produced over 10,000 net oil-equivalent barrels per day from our operations at the Caspian Sea and the continental shelf.
